This July, Beacon Builders, Inc, of Savannah, Georgia, partnered with the Nine Line Foundation for their July promotional campaign. They pledged that, for every home sold in the month of July, they would donate a portion of the sale to the Nine Line Foundation. They also offered active duty and veteran servicemembers an additional deal: $1,000 in free upgrades!

The owner of Beacon Builders, Candler Wilson, explains why they chose Nine Line as their recipient organization:

“We were looking for a non-profit organization that gives back to our military and our warriors that we think so highly of, and we appreciate the freedom that they provide to us on a day to day basis, that a lot of people carelessly take for granted. So, we teamed up with Nine Line and wanted to donate a portion of the closings we had to say thank you. It’s the least we can do for everything [the military] does for us.”

This promotion was a big success for the historically slow month in real estate, and so far $2,000 has been donated to the Nine Line Foundation, with more closings anticipated over the next few weeks. We could not be more appreciative of the support of local businesses supporting our non-profit initiatives, and we look forward to working with Beacon Builders more in the future.
